Heather Pfahl

Heather joined ECI after living in DRC and Cambodia where she worked for World Vision International, and brings over a decade of executive international and domestic program management, grant-writing, capacity-building and monitoring and evaluation experience to ECI. Heather has successfully engaged private sector and public donors such as USAID, DfID, CIDA and AUSAID to develop multi-million dollar integrated programs that have increased the socio-economic well being for vulnerable populations.
