Crispin Baderha

Crispin joined ECI in 2011 as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and led the development of ECI’s evaluation systems. He spent two years working with World Vision in program design, monitoring and evaluation (DM&E) prior to joining ECI and was also a program officer for Women for Women. Crispin is responsible for working with ECI grantees to develop high impact and high quality programs and currently leads ECI’s capacity building curriculum development and assessments. Crispin speaks six languages including English, French and a number of local languages.
